Shipping Policy

This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States. It is designed to ensure that you are fully informed about our shipping terms and procedures. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

A. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days (Monday through Saturday) from the day your order is placed.
  • Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 0 to 12 business days after shipment.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

B. Shipping Fees

  • Orders under $30.00: A flat shipping fee of $4.99 applies.
  • Orders of $30.00 or more: Shipping is free.

C. Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) to be processed the same day.

D. Carriers

We use USPS and other major carriers to deliver your orders.

E. Changing the Shipping Address

  • If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at: contact@sleepwear-shop.com. Once the order has shipped, changes can no longer be made.

F. Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.

G. Damaged Packages in Transit

  • If you notice that your package was damaged during shipping, please refuse delivery and notify our customer service. If the package was delivered while you were away, contact us as soon as possible at contact@sleepwear-shop.com.
