You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return, whether the product is defective or not. The following conditions must be met:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
Exchanges are available for a different size or model. Please contact us at contact@sleepwear-shop.com to arrange an exchange.
Once the returned items have been received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 calendar days via the original payment method.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect product).
No restocking fees will be charged for eligible returns.
