General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales made by Vincent CADEAU, operating under the trade name CDE CORP, to non-professional customers wishing to purchase products offered for sale on the website sleepwear-shop.com. These Terms specify the conditions of ordering, payment, delivery, return, and management of any returns for products ordered by customers.

Article 2 – Products

The essential characteristics and prices of the products are made available to the buyer on the website sleepwear-shop.com. The customer must read this information before placing any order. Product photographs and graphics are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding on the seller.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (VAT included). Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are specified before the order is confirmed. Vincent CADEAU (CDE CORP) reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.

Article 4 – Orders

Any order placed on the website sleepwear-shop.com constitutes a contract between the customer and Vincent CADEAU (CDE CORP). The customer will receive an email confirmation summarizing the order details. Vincent CADEAU (CDE CORP) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, particularly in cases of insolvency or non-payment.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is made by credit card or any other method offered on the site at the time of the order. Transactions are secured through an encryption protocol to ensure the confidentiality and security of exchanged data. In the event of payment refusal, the order will be automatically canceled.

Article 6 – Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of the order, within an estimated timeframe of 7 to 14 business days. Vincent CADEAU (CDE CORP) commits to shipping the order within 1 to 2 business days following the order confirmation. Delivery is handled by a third-party carrier, and shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Vincent CADEAU (CDE CORP) cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal. To do so, the customer must return the products, in their original condition and with all possible accessories, to the following relay point:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Vincent CADEAU (CDE CORP) undertakes to reimburse the full amount of the order within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned products.

Article 8 – Warranty and Liability

Products sold by Vincent CADEAU (CDE CORP) are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable laws. In case of non-compliant products, the customer may return the item for an exchange or refund. Vincent CADEAU (CDE CORP) shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the purchased product.

Article 9 – Intellectual Property

All elements of the sleepwear-shop.com website, whether visual or audio, are protected by copyright, trademark, or patent law. They are the exclusive property of Vincent CADEAU (CDE CORP). Any reproduction, exploitation, redistribution, or use, even partial, of any content from the site is strictly prohibited.

Article 11 – Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the competent court will be the one at the place of residence of the defendant or, at the plaintiff’s choice, the place where the product was effectively delivered.

Article 12 – Acceptance of the Terms

By placing an order on the website sleepwear-shop.com, the customer fully and unreservedly accepts these Terms.
